HAITIAN IMMIGRANT ADMITS POLICE ESCAPE CHARGE.(CAPITAL REGION)

BALLSTON SPA -- A 26-year-old man who escaped police custody a year ago and then broke his legs, hips, skull and ankles after jumping from a fourth-floor window in March, pleaded guilty Friday to escape and possession of cocaine.

Quantez T. Hall, also known as ``Dog,'' pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to first-degree escape and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, District Attorney James A. Murphy III said.

Hall will be sentenced to 3 to 6 years in prison on April 14 by Judge Jerry J. …
