Home-Link Services Inc. has completed a $25 million second round of private funding.
Canaan Partners, Rowaton, Conn., Whitney & Co., Stamford, Conn., and Trilon Inc., Toronto, Canada, provided the financing.
Home-Link, a provider of Internet-enabled software for residential real estate brokers, said the proceeds will be used to develop new products and services, complete the development of a national call center for small- to medium-sized brokers and hire support staff for the projects.
Home-Link's Internet-enabled software allows brokers' customers to manage moving through a personal Internet portfolio that maintains ownership documents, records purchases, and calculates savings gained from using Home-Link marketing partners. The portfolio can also be used for record-keeping and expenses for tax and accounting purposes.
